Carole Vacher is the founder and director of Carole V. & Associates Pty Ltd.
Over the past 15 years, Carole’s planning, consultation, facilitation, advice provision, whole-of-government policy development and project management experience has enabled her to interact with a wide audience –from Ministerial and senior executives to front line and technical workers.
She has been involved in several significant organisational and cultural efforts. She is also well-versed in organisational performance management tools and facilitation, information/communication planning and e-learning strategies. Her facilitation style is in high demand both locally and nationally. Carole has a wealth of experience in developing, promoting, implementing and evaluating development and strategic programs in public, private and non-profit sectors at a local, national and international level. Her public sector experience spans from advisory, management and consulting roles in Local, State, Government Owned Corporation (GOC) & Federal agencies. Her private sector experience is equally diverse both locally and overseas.
She successfully managed the downsizing of a GOC (over a thousand personnel) with a 93% placement rate and has effectively led a number of organisational service architecture restructures. Her work has been nominated by her clients for international learning and development awards.
Carole has designed and delivered a wide range of organisational development programs, strategies and structures in both the private and public sectors. She has also enabled “Investors in People” (internationally accredited standard operating in over 70,000 organisations worldwide). Her Human Resource Management knowledge and application extends from recruitment to organisational development to performance management and strategic HRM and capability planning. Carole’s clients have found her to be engaging,outcome-focused, responsive, collaborative, innovative and ethical in her approach.
Carole is a certified Learning and Development Practitioner (FAIPF) she is also accredited in a number of programs namely Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Majors PTI, DiSC Personal Profile System, Team Management Systems and Results Coaching Systems. She is also a Neuro-Linguistics Programming (Master level) practitioner and certified trainer. She is an internationally certified Master Results Coach and facilitates executive coaching, life coaching and workplace coaching. She assists change champions advance their career by breaking through personal and organisational change barriers, and implement resourceful workplace change.
